From the moment I arrived at Puerta Del Arco Villa, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality by the retiring hostess, Mercedes. Her personal touch and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable, as she not only provided directions to hidden gems but also helped arrange a special surprise for my sister. The cozy rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, while the fully stocked kitchen with cookware added a delightful touch of homeliness. The value for money here is unbeatable, as every moment spent in this charming boutique hotel felt like a VIP experience. Saying goodbye to Mercedes was tough, but I left with wonderful memories and a promise to return to this gem where pets are welcome and no smoking is allowed.
